How To Consign With Us
We are very fortunate after 20 Years in Business we have grown so much that we now have over 6000 clients consigning with us.
We do not want a bigger store and want to stay a boutique, therefore we have had to change the way we’re doing things.
How To Consign At DeJaVu
Bring no more than 20 “In Season” items in a re-useable bag, (Absolutely no garbage bags please)
Attach your consignor #, name, phone number and charity of choice from the local non-profit charities we support (Fixed Fur Life, Salvation Army, Belleville Hospital Auxiliary, 100 Women Who Care, Sandy Pines, Prom Project, Gift from The Heart)
If you are a brand-new consignor we will go through your items with you the first time and explain how everything works. After that you may just drop & shop anytime!
We will process your drop-offs when we have the opportunity.
Please understand this could take a month or more. Your 3-month consignment period starts when they hit the sales floor. Not when you dropped them off.
DO NOT LEAVE US ANYTHING YOU WANT BACK!
When we do process your items, we will donate any items that we find not suitable for consignment at DeJa Vu to local non-profit organizations.
There is a list of a few of the brands we do not consign at the red drop off bench.
The items we choose to put on your account are priced at approximately 1/2 - 1/3 of the retail (new) value, they stay on the floor for 2 months, after 2 months, we mark them ½ price. They stay half price until the end of their 3 month and then if still unsold they are donated.
